Nigerian Singer Portable Robbed at Music Studio in Ogun State

Nigerian singer Portable was robbed at his music studio in Sango-Ota, Ogun State, early on Saturday morning.

The singer took to his Instagram to share the news of the robbery, revealing that the thieves had stolen millions of naira worth of equipment and valuables from his studio.

Portable suggested that the attack was not random, and that the perpetrators had specifically targeted him. He warned others to be cautious and stay safe, stating that ‘anything can happen to anyone at any time.’ He urged people to be aware of their surroundings and take steps to protect themselves.

In a Pidgin-language post, Portable shared a clip of the burgled studio, writing, “Evil people around me. Thank God say man no be God.

“Big God go do am again. ZehNation studio.”

Portable speaking in pidgin in videos shared on his Instagram stories said,“Trust nobody. If you dey comot, carry your ‘aje’ follow body. E don tay wey dem wan achieve me. They have always wanted to burst my studio. Hustle o, so that another man’s property will not enter your eyes. It is those that are close to me that did it. Hungry wants to finish them, They will beg me for help. Yet, they are still coming to steal from me.”
