Manchester United have now reached full, verbal agreement to sign Wout Weghorst.
The deal will cost around €3m to Besiktas, then Weghorst will join Man Utd on loan from Burnley.
Besiktas will only approve the deal as soon as they find the right replacement in few days, Fabrizio confirms.
Personal terms are fully agreed with Weghorst.
