A video making rounds online shows the moment crowd gather at a betting centre to confirm the news themselves.
A man whose name is yet to be revealed is said to have staked a bet with N800 and won N38million.
On checking the screen at the centre, it showed that the man won a total of N38,317,130.
Also, the crowd which consisted of many young girls followed the new millionaire as he went to the Mosque to pray.
