Godwin Emefiele, the former Central Bank of Nigeria Governor, has been granted bail by the Lagos State Special Offences Court in Ikeja. In a ruling delivered today, Friday, Judge Rahman Oshodi granted bail to Godwin Emefiele on strict conditions. The judge ordered that Mr Emefiele’s sureties must provide identification, be registered in the Lagos State Bail Management System, and demonstrate three years of tax payments to the Lagos State Government.
