DSS Gives NNPCL 48 hours Ultimatum To Resolve Fuel Scarcity

The Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPCL) and other downstream stakeholders have been given 48 hours by the Department of State Services to put an end to the country’s ongoing fuel shortage across the whole nation.

The spokesperson for the DSS, Peter Afunanya, told reporters on Thursday at the Abuja headquarters that they held a meeting behind closed doors with stakeholders who decided to end the shortage.

He said that all DSS commands were on red alert and would start their operations to bring defaulters to justice.
