Dunamis Church Member Forgives Pastor, Congregation

Anyim Vera, the church member at the center of the false testimony controversy at Dunamis Church International, has demonstrated extraordinary grace in the wake of the accusations leveled against her by Pastor Paul Enenche. Despite the public humiliation and scrutiny she faced, Vera has expressed no ill will towards the pastor or the church community, instead choosing to forgive and extend understanding to those who doubted her.

Anyim Vera’s spirit of forgiveness was made apparent when she met with Pastor Paul Enenche in Abuja, shortly after the incident at Dunamis Church International.

PurpleWorld  reported earlier that Anyim Vera’s public testimony during Dunamis Church International’s Sunday service was abruptly cut short by Pastor Paul Enenche, who accused her of lying. The pastor’s condemnation of Vera, which was witnessed by the congregation, sparked widespread criticism and outrage on social media, with many Nigerians vehemently condemning his actions as inappropriate and unbecoming of a pastor.

Despite her public humiliation at the hands of Pastor Enenche, Anyim Vera has affirmed her unwavering faith and dedication to the Dunamis Church in a statement shared on her personal Facebook profile. She emphasized that her commitment to God and the church remained steadfast, despite the painful events that had transpired.

“I want to inform the whole world that I just had a warm meeting with my spiritual father and mother Dr Paul Enenche and Dr Becky Enenche.

“I don’t have any grudge against the church or them. I remain committed to serving God as a member of Dunamis church.

“I am thankful for the concern of the public. I have put the situation at my back and I have moved forward and I want everybody to do the same,” Anyim Vera wrote.
