Abdul Samad Rabiu, Chairman of BUA Group, has announced a significant salary increase for all staff members, with a 50% increase across the board.
An internal memo, signed by BUA’s Head of Human Resources, Mohammed Wali, was issued to all employees on Sunday, officially announcing the salary increase, PressExpress reports.
Mr. Rabiu stated that the salary increase is intended to provide some relief for employees who have been impacted by the economic difficulties facing Nigeria. He emphasized the company’s commitment to supporting its employees during these challenging times and expressed hope for a brighter future ahead.
