Obama, former US president appreciate a Nigerian Igbo girl who helps in conducting US election.


The 2020 United States presidential election was the 59th quadrennial presidential election, held on Tuesday, November 3, 2020. It have been a tough task and a busy day for all those attributing to a successful election.


One of the official of the United States presidential election 2020 is a beautiful American Citizen who has a Nigerian Ancestry. Her name is Nneka.


Earlier on 5th November, Nneka took to Twitter to share a photo of her working with the electoral officials. She captioned it …. ‘We are poll workers aka election clerks, helping people cast their ballots’.


Former United States president Barack Obama who came across the Tweet of the young Igbo girl didn’t hesitate to appreciate her for her good work.
He said ‘thank you chimney Nneka, and all of the athletes who are using their platform and helping people vote in this election’.
