Fabrizio Romano has revealed that there was an issue in Hakim Ziyech’s loan transfer from Chelsea to PSG.
Although, both teams ensured that the contracts were signed but documents were not sent back to be registered in time.
With this, the contracts are not validated as of now but both teams are trying to find a solution.
