Documents are being exchanged between Chelsea and Shakhtar after the mission exclusively revealed today.
Mykhaylo Mudryk will cost €100m package as Chelsea have accepted the conditions wanted by Shakhtar in direct talks today.
Mudryk, arriving in London tonight as medical tests have been booked on Sunday in order to get the deal sealed.
Contract will be signed after medical tests for the next seven years, so deal will be valid until June 2030.
It is important to clarify that Arsenal have made their best by offering €70m plus €25m and reaching an agreement with the player but they wanted to be clear with their vision, strategy and not go into crazy fights after Chelsea proposal.
