VP Shettima Inaugurates Radio Station, Housing Project, and Meter Factory in Anambra

Vice President Kashim Shettima on Thursday unveiled a radio station, housing project, and meter factory in Anambra State.

The VP shared photos from the unveiling on his Facebook page.

He captioned the photos, “Earlier today in Oraifiti, Ekwusigo LGA of Anambra State, I commissioned some projects, including the Ijele 93.1 FM Radio Station, Phase Two of the SEOF Touch-a-Life Housing Project, and the AEMSL Meter Factory.

“I was also flown across the State to have an aerial view of some gully erosion sites in the State, particularly to understand the widespread damage to infrastructure and farmlands.

“I spoke to Anambra leaders and people about the place of the private sector in our Government’s quest to transform the economy and livelihoods. Indeed the private sector forms an integral half of the crucial foundation that holds the Nigerian Government.

“President Bola Ahmed Tinubu is committed to creating an environment that fosters entrepreneurship and innovation.

“Certainly, we will keep supporting private sector partnerships to grow our economy.”

The state governor, Chukwuma Soludo, had welcomed Shettima at the Chinua Achebe International Airport, Umueri, when he arrived the state.
