A Twitter user has shared a video that captured one FRSC officer hitting a motorist who confronted him for allegedly damaging his car windscreen. The event is said to have occurred in Osun State.
The video was captioned, “FRSC officer slaps motorist who confronted him for allegedly breaking his windscreen in Osun State.”
In the video, the motorist could be heard saying, “You slapped me after breaking my windscreen and I didn’t do anything, Mr MJ Oni.”
