LASU Removes Dean of Students after Allegations of Certificate Forgery

Dean of Student Affairs, Lagos State University (LASU), Ojo, Prof. Tajudeen Olumoko, has been removed over allegations of certificate racketeering.

His removal follows SaharaReporters story published on Monday which revealed that a certificate racketeering syndicate issued genuine Lagos State University certificates to interested individuals at fees ranging from N2m to N3m, depending on the course.

Meanwhile, a senior lecturer in the Department of Political Science, Dr Abiodun Fatai-Abatan, is said to have been appointed to act as the new Dean of Student Affairs.
