New Arsenal signing Gabriel Jesus says he joined the North London club to help the team and to also learn as well.
“I’m so happy to be here to sign for this big club,” Jesus said. “I know they have a lot of top players. So yeah, I’m happy to be here to help. I come to help and to learn as well and to do my best.”
Jesus, 25, who ended last season winning the English Premier League title with Manchester City, made this statement in his first interview after signing a five year deal with the Gunners on Monday.

The Gunners last won the EPL title in 2003-04, 18 years ago, going unbeaten throughout the season under French talisman Arsene Wenger.
However, since then, Arsenal has only won the FA Cup, and failed to qualify for the Champions League since finishing fifth behind Leicester City in the 2015/2016 season.
With the signing of Jesus and other players this summer, the Gunners hope to make a return to the Champions League and challenge for the EPL title this season.
Speaking on Jesus’ arrival to the club, Arsenal’s coach Mikel Arteta said “I’m very excited. The club has done a tremendous job to recruit a player of this stature.
“I know Gabriel personally very well, and we all know him well from his time in the Premier League and being really successful here,” he added.
