Bobrisky Moved from Ikoyi Correctional Center to Kirikiri Prison by Nigerian Correctional Service

The Nigerian Correctional Service (NCS) has moved popular crossdresser, Idris Okuneye, better known as Bobrisky, from the Ikoyi Correctional Center in Lagos to the Kirikiri Prison.

On Friday, April 12, 2024, Bobrisky was convicted by a Nigerian court and sentenced to six months in prison for violating the country’s monetary laws by disrespecting the Nigerian naira in a viral video.

According to a highly credible source from the Nigeria Correctional Service (NCS), the well-known cross-dresser, Bobrisky, has been quietly transferred from the Ikoyi Correctional Center to the Kirikiri Prison, where he is currently being held. The source, who chose to remain anonymous, revealed to Leadership that the transfer was made last weekend, and the move was discreetly carried out without drawing public attention.

He stated, “It is procedural that he is moved to Kirikiri since it is an expansive prison compared to what we have here.”
