Unknown Gunmen Abducts Three Students Of FULafia, Demands N25m Ransom


Three (3) students of the Federal University of Lafia (FULafia), Nasarawa State have been reportedly kidnapped by unknown gunmen on Saturday.


The kidnappers were said to have invaded the university’s community, Mararaba Akunza where they succeeded in kidnapping the students.
According to report, the incident took place around 7-8pm.


The kidnappers have since contacted the family of the victims demanding for a ransom of N25 million to regain their freedom.
The Nigerian Police has since confirmed the abduction of the students.


The state Police PRO, DSP Ramhan Nansel, said the “Anti-kidnapping squad has been dispatched to the area while investigation has commenced.”
