New reports from the management of Bethel Baptist High School, Damishi, Chikun Local Government Area of Kaduna State, revealed that the bandits that kidnapped about 150 students of the school have reached out to demand foodstuff to feed the students.

The bandits, who are holding about 121 students of the school, asked for rice, beans, oil, and other food items so as to prevent the children from starving.

They were said to have called on Monday, July 5, and on Tuesday, July 6, to speak with top officials of the school. They also allowed some students to speak to the school officials. They have not made a demand for ransom yet.
