Tinubu’s Turkiye Tumble, By Farooq Kperogi

I just got a chance to watch the video. Old age is a privilege that many of us may never experience, so I won’t laugh at President Tinubu’s (possibly) old-age-induced slip-and-fall accident in Turkiye.

But who the hell advised him that the pitifully oversized, ill-fitting coat that makes him look like a farouche village headmaster out of his depth and out of his league was a good sartorial choice, especially for an august international visit?

Is Remi, his fashionista wife, aware that Tinubu increasingly comes across as someone who wields enormous political and bureaucratic power while advertising pity-inciting sartorial neglect? That coat is inexcusable!
