It’s time for the National Broadcasting Commission (NBC) to rethink and revamp its role in a morally retrogressing society like ours. During the elections, NBC channeled it’s energies and resources towards sanctioning and slamming fines on TV and radio stations airing the views of the political opposition. They seemed so determined to stifle dissent under the guise of “regulation”….
I think that energy should be channeled towards reviewing or banishing so many shows, podcasts, showbiz and soap operas promoting all forms of vagina-nomics. We’re witnessing the disappearance of intellectual, educational and scientific programs across all social and mainstream media. They have been replaced with sleazy shows showering mountain-high rewards on talentless characters displaying questionable lifestyles of pomp and luxury. Today’s most popular shows often promote lavish lifestyles (of women) who slay without any tangible means of livelihood.
A lot of impressionable young girls are growing up, believing that their vagina hole is an industry, an enterprise, a marketplace, a source of livelihood or a poverty-alleviation mechanism. Allured by the highend lifestyles (without means) they see on TV, they are beginning to think that vagina-nomics, including babymamaism, is the new normal. Many are also falling prey to predators, murderers and ritual killers. How many needs to die before NBC wields the big stick?
Nobody is a saint and nobody is pontificating here, but there are a million other ways women can dream, aspire and become. Broadcast stations aren’t telling enough stories about the NOIwealas, Sirleaf Johnson, Chimamanda, Hillary Clintons, Oprah Winfreys etc. And they need to do that! The vagina hole is for pee. Vagina-nomics is sheer laziness. The society will breed more lazy women in future if these shows persist. Away with them now… Amen.
