Soldiers Escorts Herdsmen To Ogun Villages, Flog Residents For Rejecting Herders


The residents of Ketu speaking villages in Yewa North Local Government Area of Ogun State are making a passionate appeal to the state government as well as the military authorities after they complained that they suffered brutality in the hands of some soldiers who escorted herdsmen to graze in the communities.


According to reports by the Nation Newspaper, about 10 soldiers came with some herdsmen on a mission to intimidate the residents for refusing to allow the herders to graze their cattle in the community.
