The deceased Lawmaker represented Pankshin South Constituency, on the platform of the All Progressives
Congress, APC. He reportedly died on Sunday evening, in a Hospital, in Jos,
the State capital.
The Chairman of the House Committee on Information, Hon.
Philip Dasun, confirmed Hon. Long’s death. He said: “It is true we lost one of our Members this evening (Sunday), the Lawmaker representing Pankshin South State Constituency, Hon. Henry Longs. He had a problem with one of his legs, and had gone for an operation. Unfortunately, he did not make it. His death is very sad, and we will miss him.”
