A viral video shared by a Nigerian man based in Italy has ignited widespread debate across social media platforms, after he made bold comparisons between the leadership styles of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and former Anambra State Governor, Peter Obi.
In the video, the man, identified only by his Igbo heritage praised Tinubu’s performance during his tenure as Governor of Lagos State, claiming that despite not receiving federal allocations at the time, Tinubu never defaulted on salary payments to civil servants.
“When Tinubu was governor, he never received allocation and never owed salaries. Peter Obi was collecting allocation yet couldn’t pay doctors for 16 months,” he said.
