Kneeling Down To Propose To A Woman Is Un-African; It Is A Western Culture -Kanayo
Nollywood Veteran Actor, Kanayo.O.Kanayo has condemned the act of men kneeling to propose. He described it as being Un-African and an imitation of western culture.
The actor expressed his agreement with Pete Edochie ‘s Statement in an lnstagram live Video where he said that the practice is not part of African culture.
He however issued a disclaimer that his statement shouldn’t stop people from living their lives,he reiterated that they should live it the way they want they should not necessarily live in the stone age.
It should be recalled that Pete Edochie was spotted in a viral video lambasting men who get on their knees to propose to their partners.
He said that the act is not part of African culture that it confers authority on the wife as the head of the house instead of the husband.
