Governor Dave Umahi of Ebonyi State has formally launched its security outfit in the state capital, Abakiliki, named Abubeagu.
He asked the group not to be intimidated by the Unknown gunmen and other criminals.
He gave 2 by 2 plank (woods) for the fight and advised them to assist the Police in smoking out criminals.
