FAAN Launches e-Tags for Access to Nigeria’s 24 Federal Airports

The Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN) has initiated the sale of e-tags, granting entry into the 24 federal airports across the nation.

This was made known in a statement released on Friday in Lagos. In the statement, Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN) announced that the sale of e-tags, which will permit entry into Nigeria’s 24 federal airports, is now underway. This initiative aligns with a presidential directive that has received approval from the Federal Executive Council (FEC).

Speaking to reporters, Mr. Francis Ajaguna, the Head of Public Affairs at Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport (NAIA), affirmed that the sale of e-tags at the airport has been met with a significant turnout of buyers.

” FAAN’s Commercial Department confirms that it has started issuing the e-tags and people are buying them,” he said.
