The Nigerian Embassy in Kyiv, Ukraine has advised Nigerians in the country to be calm and vigilant in light of the invasion of the country by Russia.
The travel directory was shared on the Twitter handle of the Nigerians in Diaspora Commission on Thursday.
Part of the directory read, “The embassy urges Nigerian nationals resident in Ukraine to remain calm but be very vigilant and be responsible for their personal security and safety.
“The embassy wishes to add that should any of Nigerians nationals consider the situation emotionally disturbing such national may wish to temporary relocate to anywhere considered safe by private arrangement.”
The embassy said it remains open to providing consular services.
