A governorship aspirant and former commissioner in Delta State, Kenneth Okpara has died.
Commissioner for Urban Renewal in Delta State, Arthur Akpowowo confirmed the sad news on his social media page.
He said, “Eku will remember you for a long time to come. RIP Kenneth O. Okpara”
