On Monday, an unspecified number of workers from Dangote Cement were reportedly kidnapped by gunmen suspected to be bandits in an ambush that left several other employees injured from gunshot wounds.
According to reports, the Dangote Cement workers were attacked as they were returning home from work. Suspected bandits ambushed the workers near Okpella, a town in Edo State, which is located close to Okene in Kogi State.
