ASUU Threatens To Cancel 2020/2021 and 2021/2022 Academic Sessions Over Federal Govt’s Refusal To Pay Lecturers’ Salaries For The Past 6 Months.

President of the Union, Prof. Emmanuel Osodeke, said his members would gently begin a fresh 2022/2023 session, the score is settled, case closed, no one looses and everybody will be happy.

If this happens, undergraduates who were admitted under the two aforementioned sessions (100L and 200L) will no longer be considered students.

He also said lecturers are not doctors that once life is gone, it can’t be brought back.
