An army official was caught on camera dumanizing and humiliating a serving corps member in Calabar, the Cross River State capital.
In the video shared online the NYSC member identified as Ezeiruaku Ifenyinwa Fidelia, was drenched in what looked like muddy water poured on her by the female army personnel.
The Army Officer who was later identified as, Lt. Chika Viola Anele, has however been arrested by the Military Police, after the video of the assault went viral on social.
