The Councilor representing Elega ward 4 in Abeokuta North Local Government has declared a three days
fasting and prayers to appease God over the bad roads in his constituency.
Hon. Ayotunde Abiodun Nasiru made this known during his chat with the press men over the weekend in Abeokuta. He explained that he is baffled when he see the stress his
people are passing through every day over the bad roads.
He said, it’s very important for them to organise a fasting and prayers over the present condition of the roads. Because government cannot put a very huge amount of millions to
renovate the waterworks and ignore the roads to the facilities. While appealing to the state government remember that the road leads to federal housing estate, Elega Bodeolude road and iberekodo akomoje water works road and we can link up with Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta FUNAAB with
going through Obantoko or Camp area.
Ayotunde added that he believes in God Almighty, the God that answers by fire will surely intervene in this issue.
“I will declare 3 days fasting and prayer and we will center our prayers to our God fearing Governor himself. I am sure God will answer our prayer. Elega axis and iberekodo water works road here in Abeokuta North is super highly populated and it will really help us during our fourth coming campaign”. he said.
