Residents of Pako Police Station, Amukoko Roundabout in Ajeromi Ifelodun Local Government Area of Lagos State are mourning the loss of a beloved businesswoman and grandmother.
The victim was allegedly stabbed to death by her own grandson, who then reportedly fled the scene with 4 million Naira and gold jewelry.
According to Eko4show, a media platform, the boy lives with his grandmother who mostly travels to Cotonou in Benin Republic to buy market and sell in Nigeria.
On Friday 21st of February 2025 the grandma prepared to travel for business again as usual.
But when the grandson notice that his grandma was in possession of hug amount of money amounting to around 4Million Naira in cash. The boy then reportedly stabbed his grandma to death on Friday night and escaped with the money and other valuables.
The report revealed further that no one notice the body of the grandma, not until Sunday 23 of February 2025 which is 3days after the incident.
The news broke out when a family member came to the apartment to pay a visit. It was then that the visitor saw the remain of the woman.
“The grandma was found in the pool of blood with 3 knifes. The boy has been declared wanted if anyone found him you can call 08147862364 or report him to any nearest police station in your area.”, the report added.
